Holy hotspots, Bill, you saw Benicio Del Toro.... I've not even thought of that superstar, that is, until I started having reoccuring dreams about him; he's now a part of my life. It may not be him who is the hitchhiker I pick up almost every night, but he sure looks a hell of a lot like him. It's a creepy dream, but I have fallen in love with this nocturnal apparition. And now that you've seen him, and I've read your entry...it's a sign....
Anywho, I am fishing tomorrow for the first time in Colorado. No more Ohio catfish, bass or those lethal bluegill. And the new fly rod that was given to me a couple of weeks ago is a real beaut. Of course, being outside on the water all day will provide me with even more of a golden tan, (sheeeiiit, who am I kidding? I'm a pasty-white li'l girl).
Well, goodbye for awhile, Mr. James Stewart. I suppose now that I am the team leader of the Narcoleptic Bovine that I will keep our team's heads up high, and get them through your departure. Good luck in Indi and Godspeed. See you in a few months.

Somehow it has turned into June and I am still stuck in April. Well, the layoffs going on around me have kept me on my toes, so I guess I've not had time to recognize that summer is finally here.
This job is making me more excited to start grad school. No corporate America here.
Gots to go.

So, I see that I have fallen to the seventh circle of hell. No worries; at least it's warmer there than it is here in Denver, with the reminants of snow that plopped down on us last evening still lurching on the grass.
Who am I? (asks Clint) Well, I am Jim Stewart's friend. I am a Denver resident, having moved out here last September from Ohio, where I graduated from Miami of OH. I work for Accounting Advantage, a staffing firm for accounting and financial positions. This has nothing to do with what I went to school for (which I still am able to whine about, right?, since I've only been out of school for about 9 months), which is creative writing, journalism and poly sci.
Anywho, I enjoy Denver much more than Marietta, OH and even Oxford, OH. Currently, I am entertaining my parents for 10 days in my one-bedroom apartamente; eiyeee. They came to see their little girl, who luckily escaped that little farm community of Marietta.
Well, that's me for now. Jim V.--I'm glad you posted that poem; that's my one instance in which I was able to ponder something today.
Out.

Hmmmm, again the weekend has gone quickly by and in only 12 hours I shall be waking, breakfasting and on my way to work. Although each hour of these past two days has been well enjoyed!
Jim, you sure missed a good ol' time at Kinetix at the Boulder Res on Saturday...and an intense sunburn; Cowboy Junkies were grand and the beer line was manageable. Although, I cannot move my arms because they have been baked. Give me a call when you get back and we shall practive our bumping, setting, spiking for our game on Thursday.
And to everyone else, have a fabulous week--I hope you're all bringing in the summertime the right way!
Out.

Ahhhhhh. Another delicious day.Well, anywho, it delights me from afar. The jobby job thing just won't stop slapping me in the toosh. A Cabernet, or more realistically, some Jack, anyone? ...sure does tickle my fancy.
