Ben Update:
1. Job is going well. Learning all about Grants.
2. Just moved into my new place. Biggest and nicest place I've ever rented alone.
3. My "sexy little blue car", as it has been called, is working great, no probs.
4. My opinion on the new pope is that I didn't really care one way or the other. If they elected a liberal then great. The catholics would be a more liberal order. If they elected an arch-conservative then, well, then the church would start to lose patrons and start to diminish. Either way, I'm ok with.
5. It just so happens that others I know are moving at the same time I am and I'm ending up with more free stuff that doesn't fit into others' plans. I get all my stuff this way. None of it matches, but it's all good stuff.
6. Reading "Good Omens". Sort of a mix between Master and Margarita / Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Sort of British silly at times, but very entertaining.

Glad to hear things are going well. I hope all is the same for all my friends from the past. Micah.
Hey Ben,
It's John Hinson. I don't know if you remember me but I found you on this website. Went to UGA with you. How's it going?
Already wrote Micah, but I don't know John H.'s e-mail.
Hey John! Good to hear from you. What did you end up growing up to
become? I change careers about every year or so. I'm in Grants
Management now. Pay is good. (At least before you add in all my
debt.) I've managed to slowly increase my salary at the same time
I've increased my debt. So I'm still slightly under the poverty line,
just like I was in college. I live right next to the French Quarter
in New Orleans, so my lifestyle hasn't change much since college
either. I finally figured out that I'm just no damn good on pot, so I
quit that a couple years ago. Now I'm just a drunk. If you're ever
in New Orleans, feel free to look me up. Let me know what you've been
up to.
Hey Ben!
In October of 1999 I packed up and moved to Seattle, WA with a friend of mine. Basically said f*ck u to GA though things had improved for me there I felt I was in a rut and needed change. And it's really paid off. I've been working with an event mrktg firm for 5 years and we push Starbucks coffee on children and such to get them hooked. Also, I own a home with my fiancee' and we're getting married June 18th so it should be fun! I love Seattle and have set up roots here, and don't ever want to leave. I do get to New Orleans about once a year and love it. It would be great to drop in on you sometime. My email address is huskilvr@gmail.com. If you ever come up to the Pacific NW you should drop in. Do you ever keep in touch with anyone else from your hazy Georgia days?
John
Voot contacted me about 6 months ago and I hooked him up with a blog, but he just stopped writing and I haven't heard from him in about 5 months.
Yeah that guy was a real asshole. But so were a lot of the people who we hung around. Haven't talked to Jaffin in years.
