"The Diplomats & Military Commanders for Change invite former government professionals, military and diplomatic, to join in support of ourinitiative. Bear in mind that we are a bipartisan group, Democrats, Republicans and Independents. We are entirely separate from the Kerry campaign and we do not seek the participation of its members. But since we strongly oppose the
re-election of George W. Bush, we obviously prefer the alternative, John F. Kerry."

While I disagree with most of the things Bush stands for, I fully support his foreign policy... If this was a time of peace, I'd go with Kerry. Because the war is ongoing, and al Qaeda is a living, breathing thing, I'd say Mr. Bush will do a better job. If you have cockroaches in the kitchen, you don't want somebody to come in and have a conversation with them. You need an exterminator. Exterminators are not popular guys - They stink up the house. They are not fun. You don't want them around, but they're exactly what you need when you have cockroaches in the kitchen. Mr. Bush is doing what exterminators need to do: Go out and find out where the roaches are.

so dubya gives osama a three month head start, then goes after al Qaeda with a whopping ten thousand troops, lets the true enemy get away so they can rebuild their forces, then sends 100,000+ troops to bring down a regime that has not attacked us and poses no threat.
kerry has actual military experience. cripes, he's a war hero. while dubya was hiding under daddy's skirt, kerry was volunteering for hazard duty and bleeding for his country. that said, what makes you think he'd be soft?
if you left your name, i'm sure i'd respect you opinion. but my opinion of bush isn't that he's an unpopular extermitator, i think he's just an unqualified idiot who's made a cluster fuck of things.

Wow - It made me laugh out loud to read your comment!! It is truly funny how rattled you got over an anonymous comment!! I know your views, Jibber... I know the views of Ben and a lot of other people here... I read your posts. That last post was actually a direct quote from a stupid "rock star" that should not comment on things other than music. I hate it when rock stars think they know everything about everything. I just knew if I posted it, you and your group would hop on your soap boxes... We'll see what happens in November. I care about this country, but just like religion and politics - I have my opinion and you have your opinion. I don't have to agree with you and you don't have to agree with me. I'm not going to push my views on you because I know I won't change your mind. No big deal - If everybody had the same opinion about everything, what a boring place this earth would be.

The 25 year old would like to say that I am nowhere near as bad as Ben made me seem. I am acutally quite charming, and in general a joy to be around.

Ben, stop fooling around on this thing and write that SOP manual.

Ciao.
